What is the normal working temperature of the magnet?

Because the chemical activity of NdFeB alloy is very strong, the surface of NdFeB magnet must be protected by coating. (such as plating, nickel plating, gold plating, silver plating, electrophoresis epoxy resin, etc.).


3. SmCo magnet can be divided into SmCo5 and Sm2Co17 according to different components. Because of the high price of raw materials, its application is limited. SmCo, as a rare earth permanent magnet, has very high magnetic energy product (14-28mgoe), extremely stable coercive force and good temperature resistance. Compared with NdFeB magnets, SmCo magnets are more suitable for working at high temperature.


4. The main raw materials of ferrite magnet include BaFe12O19 and SrFe12O19. Ferrite magnet is made by ceramic technology. It is hard and brittle. Because of its good temperature resistance, low price and moderate performance, it is a very widely used permanent magnet in the early stage.
